Safe and Secure
Spring Valley neighborhood has the reputation for being one of the safest and most secure places to live in Columbia, because of entrance monitoring and because of its private 24-hour patrolling security team.
In addition to continuous patrols of the community, our security officers enforce traffic safety violations, provide multiple daily property checks for out of town residents, serve as responders for home alarm activation, and work with the various Richland County Emergency Response agencies to assist residents.

We called them to alert them that we were going to be gone for about two weeks on vacation. During that time, they faithfully checked our home.
