Our Community

Spring Valley is the premier secure community in Northeast Columbia, SC. Our custom homes are spread out over 1200 acres of rolling hills and mature landscaping, with many homes bordering the prestigious Spring Valley Country Club or one of eight lakes.
Spring Valley is convenient to downtown Columbia, I-20, I-77, as well as great shopping at The Village at Sandhill and Trenholm Plaza. Spring Valley children attend award-winning Richland District 2 schools.
Close-Knit Community
Whether it's biking or jogging with friends, strolling with the little ones, gathering in backyards and cul-de-sacs for bar-b-ques and parties, Spring Valley is a place where neighbors become friends... lifelong friends.
With Nelson Elementary flanking the border of Spring Valley and within walking distance of many of our homes, children and their parents and grandparents for decades have come together for school and after-school activities. Some of our homeowners, who now have children of their own attending Nelson, were once Nelson students themselves.
So as you look for a place to lay down roots in Columbia, remember that there are some new Spring Valley friends waiting to meet you!
